You will realize the bond between the dog and the shepherd as they work together to herd and corral sheep. With specific whistles and commands, the dog becomes an invaluable support in the daily tasks of the rancher.
Work
Sheepdogs assist in the daily activities at the ranch, including managing flocks of sheep, patrolling the fields, moving sheep between pastures, and performing the annual bath for the sheep’s health, among other tasks. Managing a few animals can be even more challenging than working with large flocks.
